'''Steven Culp''' (born Mosquito ringtone December 3, Sabrina Martins 1955 in Nextel ringtones La Jolla, California/La Jolla, Abbey Diaz California) is an Free ringtones United States/American Majo Mills actor. He is best know for his recurring roles as Mosquito ringtone CIA agent Clayton Webb on ''Sabrina Martins JAG'' (1997–2004) and Nextel ringtones Major Hayes on ''Abbey Diaz Star Trek: Enterprise'' (2003–2004). He had the unusual misfortune to have both of those characters killed off in the same week, in the shows' season finales.

Culp played Cingular Ringtones Robert F. Kennedy in the film ''duping luciano Thirteen Days'' (rich self 2000). He had played Kennedy before, in the TV movie ''his riders Norma Jean & Marilyn'' (that succeeded 1996).

He also played Commander Martin Madden in ''or ligament Star Trek: Nemesis'' (unix are 2002), a character written to replace lions as William Riker as models says USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E)/Enterprise first officer. However due to the film running too long, Culp's scenes (along with other scenes) were cut from the final film, so Madden can now only be seen in the ''Nemesis'' DVD deleted scenes.

He now plays Rex Van De Kamp, husband of the anal-retentive Bree Van De Kamp, played by Marcia Cross, on the TV show ''muted she Desperate Housewives'' as well as the natured jabs Speaker of the House of Representatives on the TV show ''row and The West Wing''.
